| worried HELLO EVERYONE,I HAVE A PROBLEM AN A QUESTION.I JUST GOT OUT OF SCHOOL,AND GOT MY CDL,BUT THE SCHOOL CANT FIND ME A JOB BECAUSE OF 3DUI,S I GOT OVER TEN YEARS AGO.SO I HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO HAVE THEM REMOVED FROM MY RECORD.THIS WILL TAKE30 DAYS TO DO.WILL A COMPANY HIRE ME AFTER BEING OUT OF SCHOOL THAT LONG?AND NO!!I HAVENT HAD A DROP IN TEN YEARS.ALL I WANT TO DO IS MAKE A GOOD LIVING FOR MY FAMILY.I AM 54 AND WOULD LIKE TO END MY WORKING CAREER AS A TRUCKER.ANY ADVICE OR COMMENTS WELCOME. |

| You should not worry about those infractions, they are way too old! Sounds like you need to contact more trucking companies and talk to the recruiters. Maybe it's too soon to hire a lawyer also? I understand how you feel about taking care of your family and all. Surely theres a company out there that can use you - beat the damn bushes till you find one. You think those people haven't made any mistakes. Heck they have something in there past too. I'll say a prayer for you tonight - good luck partner. Chuckster |
