Who hires from Northern Idaho?

My husband says that his brother has decided to become a truck driver. He went through CDL school many years ago, but long ago gave up his CDL so he will be starting from scratch. He says that he is looking at Swift!?!? My hubby told him before he did anything to talk to me. Who else hires newbies out of that area? I'm thinking that Systems/TWT might, but that might not be any better than Swift. Any ideas where I might steer him towards?

Watkins Shepard has terminals nearby in Missoula, MT, and Spokane, WA. I've read a lot of good things about them on here, and I'm actually applying to them myself.
