USA Is this true about Swift?

Ok I was doing some reading in other trucking froums, and read story of drivers who have there cdl-a but been out of school to long.I know there this 90 days thing where you would have to take a refreasher program if you hav'nt been in a truck for a while.Make a long story short,I read that they have trained people(the 6 weeks training with a mentor),and these guys been out of school over an year just like me.See I have my cdl-a,but I was told I needed take an refreasher program, but what I have read that swift may take me in.Do any one know if that can happen?

everything that i've heard says you have to take the refresher course unless you drive local. why did you get your class-a and then not go to work right away?

also, last i checked, swift wanted you to have recent experience. i don't believe they provide a refresher ... but there are trucking schools & community colleges that will do it ... some even by the hour.
