| Team drivers can drive whatever they want, but like MGASSEL said once you start then your 14 starts. When I was team driving me an my co-driver drove on 12 hour shifts giving each of us an hour during the day to do whatever, shower, pee, eat, rest, and what have ya. We had a hard time finding a good time to start the shifts, we tried 7am-7pm, 5-5, 12-12, and 2-2. The one we had the most luck with was the 12-12 one but everyones different. Its hard to sleep in a moving truck, and it sucks when you have to get unloaded or loaded and its your time to sleep. But the money is great, the miles are always there, and you will get 2000-2500 mile loads, and alot of coast to coast stuff. When I started out on our first team load, we started in MN, went to CT, then NY NY, to SC then to CA. Had a lot of fun teaming and was nice to have someone to talk to, or help getting into a tight dock. Good luck to ya and hope all goes well.

| No...that's life driving teams with you. I never pulled more than a 10 shift, unless my co-driver was incapacitated for some reason. We planned our driver swaps as close to fuel stops as possible. And showered at the nearest truck stop to our final. One would cook/make something for the other to eat, while the truck rolled.
