I'm assuming you are all company drivers and not O/Os?

Werner Enterprises, Crete Carriers/Shaffer Trucking, U.S. Express, U.S.A Truck are ones that I have found that will let you take your wife right after training.

Id is have to guess. When I used to let a better half ride with me and I had my own if anyone said anything about owner signing a release I'd ask if they had paper and a pen.

I'd just buy my own truck and tell the trucking companies to F-off. I'll take whoever I want in MY truck.

And only run the loads you want, when you want to. And only go places you want to go. No NE, no Chicago, no LA, never run north of 8 or maybe 10 in the winter...;)

I can do that since I'd only be doing this as a hobby.
