| With my last company that would include ANY injury accident. ie; injury on dock or other type of injury that did not involve motor vehicle accident. I don't know if that is the law, or was just worker's comp. insurance mandated.

I equate that to stubbing your toe at age 3, then having your insurance refuse treatment for an amputated leg 30 years later.....due to your life history. Being drunk or high in March. Has nothing to do with a workplace accident, in May.

| Thats kind of what I figured at least they are keeping us safe out there. I don't want to be on the road with some doped up truckers. |
