    I've had my CDL for over a year now, I have a 5 year old felony 3, and I need health insurance before I get sick and die. Harsh truth, not being an ###. I'm 24 I have cystic fibrosis, I'm one of the best new drivers you'll ever see. I've talked to almost every company there was, a year ago, now I hear some more companies are hiring...Any advice? I live near Werner but I'm afraid of them haha

    Almost everyone is always hiring. When filling out an app, don't leave anything out no matter how bad the crime. According to federal regs, you'll also have to provide your 10 year work history, any licence held from any state, and all moving violations usually within the last 3 years,

    You should check with a DOT physician to make sure your health condition does not disqualify you from being hired.

    It's going to be tough landing a job with your driving haitus and background, but never give up. If everything came in life easily, there would be no satisfaction. Werner hires anyone with a CDL and a pulse such as myself, so you may get lucky.
