| Good advice for ya' Go with Roehl or even Crete. I worked for Crete for about a year and liked them. They're not a NASDAQ outfit as far as I know, which is a BIG plus in my humble opinion. I BELIEVE Crete is still privately owned. Compared with a lot of the bigger fish out there, Crete is an awesome company. I've heard Roehl is as well. US Express screwed me around at an orientation once before deciding not to hire me. That's the only experience I have with them. I wouldn't apply again with USX, but you may go to work for them and be as happy as a pea in a pod. Check them out thoroughly before committing one way or the other. Good luck. | I'd stay away from U.S.Express if I were you. This is'nt based on personal experience, but the fact that they use Auto-shift. It SOUNDS nice, but the fact is that most companies out there use standard. Starting out and gaining experience with a standard will mean ya can hire on anywhere. Starting out with an automatic pretty much limits you only to companies that use em. Also driving a manual will give you a much better understanding of the physics behind driving |
