It doesn't mean that the higher ranked company is the best to work for... It just ranks them by size really.

Kinda screwed up when they list DHL as number 3 after they shut down operations . YRC as an employer when they are fighting bankruptcy and drivers take more and more cuts ? This list is of little value when choosing an employer .
