If you don't fulfill the contract at those training companies, you will never see that certificate, but you might just end up paying for it, anyway.
Not being touched by the majors is not necessarily a bad thing, in my opinion. At least, some of them.
A little experience and some of those same companies will take them in a heartbeat, as long as they still have a clean driving record. They will also pay something instead of starvation wages, again, just my opinion.

Not sure what your gettig at but if your trying to get a CDL to go drive for a company then I hate to say it and not meaning to put ya down but a company won't hire you even with a class A CDL without atleast a minimum of 100 hours supervised (instructor) wheel time. Like I said, not sure what your aiming for here but if that is the case then this info will help you from wasting your time and money renting a truck when you can just invest it in a school.

Thank you very much. Been very helpful

Not worth trying to take a shortcut. If it were that easy don't you think everyone would do it?! Nowadays no company will hire you unless you have attended an accredited school. This is mainly due to insurance and the insurance companies make the rules.

Not sure about where you live, but vendors here will hire you on the spot. Experience or not. It's all about supply and demand. There's more jobs then drivers here.
