Okay, this applie sto everyone, new drivers, old drivers, etc. I think all of us have a cellphone on the road. So what do you do if your trying to find a customer but don't have a phone number? Call 411, I think not at $1.50 per call. So instead call Google 411, it is an excellent free resource for finding company phone numbers and addresses. The number is 800-466-4411. Store it in you cellphone, I use it all the time. I will say that it is voice activated, and can sometimes be very difficult to use, and not always recognize the city your asking for. But, I have found that 98% of the time it give me what I want. I have the number stored in my Berizon friends and family so that when I call it, they don't charge me airtime for it.

Hey that's good to know stryker. I usually call the house and have the wife call 411 and get it for me cause it's free on our home phone but this will be much more convenient.
