    Rest Stops and Weak Bladders

I looked and looked and haven't been able to find a thread on this but it is a question that a newbie has to ask.
When you go on vacation or basically just drive your own car around it is easy to stop anywhere to "go", easy to park, etc. BUT that all changes with a big rig, what do you drivers do when you have to "go", you can't just pull over to the side of the road and roll down a window.
How can you down cup after cup of "jo jo" and not have to go, all the bouncing in the truck will speed up the urge to "go".
And what equipment do you use to contain the "stuff", and when you do get to a truck stop how or where do you drain the container, I don't know if it would look too good holding a one gallon milk jug full of "yellow lemonade" and walking thru a truck stop restaurant heading for the restrooms to dump it.
I know it's an off color subject but it is an issue to address and how do you pros handle it, you all can't have bladders like elephants out there.

I heard about a guy who fashioned a tube to run from the drivers seat to outside the cab via a hole in the floor or something.

    That would be pretty convenient!

You just go and it leaks right out onto the highway!

In 32 years of trucking, I've always found a place to "go", even in Chicago on a Friday afternoon driving through town. Can you say piss jug? I know it's crude, but a necessity in this biz.

I guess that wouldn't be near as bad as following a bull hauler .
    Or this
US rock group The Dave Matthews Band have been accused of dumping human waste from a bus into a river, dousing a tour boat filled with passengers. More than 100 people on an architecture tour were showered with foul-smelling sewage in the incident on 8 August.

If on the highway there is always a place to pull over. If in town there is always a place to get truck into. But pissing in a jug (possible spillage) or through a hole in the floor onto a hot transmission is out of the question.

The hole into the floor thing just goes through the shifter boot..i know this because one time a mechanic came on here complaining about the practice!

There's not always a place to pull over. A lot of highways have barriers right next to the highway (mostly roadconstruction), or the shoulder might be muddy, icy, whatever, you might get stuck. Or you might be on a two lane in the boonies and you never can trust THAT shoulder.

I've never pissed while driving. I've pissed in a bottle before, but it was always another reason...like once, i was in downtown fort worth, there wasnt anywhere to hide! (was at conagra/americold, the dry warehouse, parked on the curb outside the place! idiot guard wouldnt let me in because my load was brokered through scheider). Or a couple of times when it's cold/rainy, a couple weeks ago at that service plaza on the NJ turnpike right after the GW bridge.....the place was flooded and i already soaked both pairs of shoes only had sandals to wear...lol...i never thought id need waders on the truck.....

I use gallon water jugs with a screw on cap. I will pull the truck off the road turn around, stand up, pee, sit down and take off. Quick and easy. I empty the full jugs in a grass filled or weed filled area. The urine is absorbed by the ground just as it would be if a horse or cow did it.

Everyone has their own way. You'll find yours. BTW...please don't throw away full bottles of urine!!!
