| Well, it depends on the size of the station. If it has a bypass lane, then chances are you may be told by a sign to proceed through the bypass lane. Quote:

| I love those Illinois coops, seems like no matter what I was doing, I ALWAYS got a red light. After which, I would get to roll through the bypass. Ahh, the simple joys of the road... And then I got pulled into the POE near SLC, and I thought I was in trouble, 'cause we were slightly over gross. No such problem, stop each axle on the scale and then leave! You don't need to tell me to re-enter highway twice! |

| Make sure you only proceed at half the posted speed limit across the "weigh in motion", or, "pat" scales. That way, you'll get to know your fellow truckers who are following you, and, may get to spend some quality time sitting on the the big platform scale where your weight/size can be more easily scrutinized. |
