Hi everyone! I am an employee of a mid-sized carrier with both asset and non asset divisions. I am not trying to advertise or misuse the forum, therefore I will keep the company name anonymous.
I am working on a project to improve the quality and satisfaction of the business relationships with owner operators.
The goal of this project is not only to gather information on driver's preferences for when, where, how far and how often, but also which elements leave both parties feeling satisfied at the end of the day.
