We are thinking about buying a couple of 2007 Freightliner Columbias Detroit dd475/515, 10 speed, 3.58 rear heritage interior trucks and i wanted to know if anybody has any positive or negative reviews about that model.

You'd be better off buying three of them. At least you'll be fairly sure one will be running while the other two are down due to EGR issues. Poor fuel mileage too, 5.5 or so. Good luck.

When buying "well used" trucks, it's ALWAYS a crap-shoot. So much depends on how the truck was maintained, driven, and it's previous application(s). A truck with a twisted or bent frame can cost you more in tires than you may pay for the truck. So long as you pay for what you get, you'll be ok. Don't pay too much for too little or too worn.

So what are the main negatives with this model truck. Poor fuel mileage only.

Poor fuel economy is not related to the truck. Yes there are some aerodynamics involved but they are negligible in real effect on fuel economy. That is all relative to the engine, how the engine is "tuned", and the driver of said truck. One 2007 Freightliner with 1 driver may get 5 MPG, while another, same year, model, engine may get 6.8 MPG. Ask 10 different drivers about that truck and you'll get 10 different responses. You should perhaps be more concerned about the engine make than the truck make and asking questions related to that particular engine. freightliner is never going win in a contest against a Kenworth or a Peterbilt, but you won't pay as much either for a fleet spec'd freightliner.
