Buy a new mattress for the truck, throw out the old one.

I'd get a bug fogger and fog it too. My last one was nice and detailed by the shop, with a fresh mattress; and the first night little roachie bugs started crawling. Bug bombed it next day. No more bugs. Never know who was in it before and their cleanliness. Detailing don't kill hidden bugaboos. Yeah, I had a grand time <sarc> cleaning all the glass and surfaces and it smelled like Raid for a couple days but it was worth it to me.
Follow the directions on the bug bomb, though and use some sense. They do generate a bit of heat. -
Bed bugs needs to be killed by heat, not spray. My brother-in-law works for a company that has big heating units that go around to hotels, apartments, etc. they need to be kept at 140 degrees for 3 or more hours to kill them.

Heat kills bed bugs..?
Sounds like a summer trip to texas, arizona maybe new mexico or the deserts of california with no ac will work... -
I'd say head to southern Texas, get a hotel room and crank the bunk heater on full for a full day. Easy 140 degrees!! -
If accurate my temp gauge has shown 137 f in the cab with no ac, windows open, slight breeze sitting in line behind several other trucks scheduled for the same time.. it just might work
