| Watermellon now that is good..... I got into trucking about 40 years a go at 145 lbs hit 185 about 35 years ago, and now I'm 190. Yes I put on weight, But most of that isn't fat. I started when we had to lump our own trucks at every stop. My best guess is watch what you eat....I never did, But my body burns it off quickly.. Not sure why..I guess it is how I'm made..... ![]()

| As a newbie (and never a marine) I agree. I stop about every two hours and walk around the truck. IF the evening is nice enough when I'm done driving, I walk about a mile. If it's REALLY nice, I'll walk more.

| RULE # 1 in the trucking business to make money you have to have the drivers door closed and the wheels turning. When you stop you are not making any money. If you want to keep in shape you will have to do it during your 10 hours off duty....Don't stop during the day, it cost more then you think it does....
