I got so tired of the moron drivers and butthole base stations that I ended up just taking my CB out all together and putting in the Siruis radio my wife got me for Xmas. I don't miss the CB a bit!

Channel 19: Jerry Springer for truck drivers.

The idiots speaking that jibberish on the CB aren't even smart enough to find this website... or even attempt to operate a keyboard and mouse.

I use mine now only for reasons, like unusual traffic delays. When I talk with another driver from my Co if were running together we use either 9 or 37.. Race talk on the radio is sickening, but you will always have that, no matter what profession your in.. It is like everyone says, in trucking you hear it a lot because of the CB radio..

That's why I only turn it on when I need it. Did those trucks have a J.B. or Sw on them?

The two types of drivers you described are the ignorant and unprofessional in the trucking industry. When they can hide behind a CB mike and no one knows who they are then their true personality come out, its called a coward. When two trucks run side by side then you have two ignorant drivers. The one in the left lane is too dumb to back out of it and get behind the truck he was trying to pass and the one in the right lane is too dumb to realize that the driver in the right lane is too dumb to back out of it and he is too dumb to slow down and let him in.
