This is a college station out of Seattle. They have 3 music podcasts. one is a song a day thing. The next is an in-studio performance every week. The other is a DJ coming in and doing an hour long program of what ever they happen to be digging at that moment. The station plays mostly indie stuff but it is really good and they let all the DJ's pick what music they will be playing.
I want to recommend "Preachin' the Blues" on KEXP...3 hours of great music podcasts for FREE

Depends on the "time of day"...
I usually start my day early...0400 or so, and really enjoy the "quite time" listening to nothing....except the inside of my head which is quite busy!

I have Sirius and listen to talk (144 Patriot Mike Church and Andrew Wilkow) 0800 - 1400
then I listen to "Moody" on Sirius 128...

Weekends I listen to music....Outlaw Country early...then swithch back and forth between Blue Grass, Country and oldies and some Elvis...once in a while I'll listen to Elvis channel 13

When I had it, I listened to my Sirius probably 8 hours a day. 100 & 101 mostly, coupled with 20, 24, 9, 27, 28, some Bloomberg Radio (Mostly to check what Oil was doing), and Hardcore Sports... they keep changing that channel around.

Well, my Sirius antenna seems to have developed a cut, and my receiver says Antenna Not Detected so I had to deal with FM radio today. I can't believe how awful FM radio is, nor that I used to listen to it. Rest assured, I'll have a new, working antenna by Friday.
