If you think because you are hauling a tiny uhaul trailer, driving a uhaul, or an rv you should park in the TRUCK spots.
I've seen 4-wheelers with no trailer (or any need for a longer spot) park in truck spots at rest areas. Of course, these are usually one of those rest areas that have 6 truck parking spots and 30 (mostly empty) spots for 4-wheelers

Going from 70 to a complete stop on the highway because you saw a construction worker working in the closed off lane.

(First time ever I had to slam brakes, and I wasn't even following closely. Never excepted this moron to just STOP. I was good 300 feet behind. Still had to brake hard to get to a complete stop.)

When you do not let the truck change into your lane. I have wanted to give a piece of my mind to so many people regarding this. Grrrr.

Another one: when you see two lanes combining into one, you hammer down passing the trucker instead of letting him squeeze in front.

You might be a fourwheeler driving a day cab car hauler in Indiana on 65 today and doesnt know how to use cruise control. This guy was in front of me, in governed at 64 and he passed me ok no problem. But now for the next hour he plays the slow up speed up game, slows down to 60 then I go to pass him and he cans it up to 68 so i go back behind him WTF!!!!!!

I had some braindead idiot doing that to me yesterday on 95 on northren Maine. It was dark(understatement, it was insanely dark!) and virtually no traffic so I said fuk it and stayed in the hammer lane. The idiots eventually dropped way back then I returned to the right lane. Some people make me want to bump the dock with their head in the way.

You might be a four wheeler if you whine about big trucks "always being in your way." In the words of Artie Lange "Call the wahmbulance!"

Is this common practice in PA?

Amen to your thoughts but dude its all over I had a left I had to make to go to a yard I had more fun watching 4 wheelers eyes when my trailer was headed towards their hood after they backed into the person behind them I would stick my head out and ask did you learn anything from this most would say yes others would try to blame me I then laughed and pointed out the barrier bar and said thats there for a reason!!!!!!!!!!!!
