Both. Depending on how many locations it's available, you will have some drivers who get through the area often, and can use it often. You'll also have drivers who come through the area twice a year, but would still like to use it.

Well, a bar would be nice but I would settle for some pool tables and dart boards.

I'm all for the exercise rooms. But you would have to have a large network set up(ie.. several truckstops), to charge a monthly fee. Best bet if it is only in a few truckstops is to charge a per visit fee. I had thought about at one time setting up mobile gyms like they do with the chapels at truckstops, then just park them at major interstate truckstops. Don't have to pay a lease to the truckstop, cause you would only be taking up a parking spot. So the only expense after equipment would be fuel to move the truck. there are too many overwieight, unhealthy drivers, and i think if they had a place to exercise, they would use it, one would hope anyways

That's not a bad idea.
