What product or service should a truck stop provide?
What product or service do you wish that a truck stop chain would sell that is not currently available? Is there anything that is not currently available that could be provided that would make your time on the road more like home?

Exercise rooms
If there were exercise rooms, how would you prefer the "membership" be setup. Pay each time you want to use it or pay a monthly membership fee and you can use it at any of the stops that it is available, etc.?

If you have more ideas keep them coming, let's not get stuck on just one idea.
