So please be careful with "facts" and "correct information" around here because some unfortunate sole may believe what your saying is true and not get job, or may get fired from a job, and not be able to drive again commercialy until they go through about 2 years worth of hoops and they may need these jobs to support their families. That is a good statement on the end of your post and I hope all who read this forum will follow that.

I apreciate the info. Everyone has a story I'm sure. I haven't smoked since '79 but the daughter of a woman I was staying with was pissed at me for telling on her so she spiked the cookies. She knew I was going for the test. With the economy it's hard enough getting on from here in Fl. but with a failed test it's harder yet.

truckinman it gose like this. You get one before you are hired. if you fail they never hired you so they have no responsibilty for/to you. Randoms. They do about 30% of the drivers every month. Your number could come up at anytime. So you should allways be ready for one. At or just after an accident. Or any time they think you might be using.

My "failure" was for Road Master entrance. I don't think they should put that on your DAC report because it isn't for a job. But they did and it is killing my chances at a good job. Many companies don't hire you if you "ever" failed regaurless of when or why.

bossman I fill for ya. If it was me I'd bet that little #itch with in an inch of her life. But thats me. I belive in an eye for and eye. unfortunuly(sp) it dosen't matter how it got in you. only that it did. If you where allread working at a company AND where a good driver with a good record. there MIGHT be something that could be done.
