the easest way to get past this is to lay low do not apply for any trucking jobs yet, wait at least 90 days then order your free dac report you get one free each year. If no info was given to DAC by company, then any time after that do not tell or answer the questions on pre app if you ever failed a dot pre employment drug test, do not list the company you tried to hire on with and failed, as long as you dont fill out the release form with there name on it THEN THE CO CANT GIVE OUT THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. Yes, you will be falsifying the app but you got the job and will need 3 years to pass then it wont be a issue.
