Books if he likes to read
Movies if he has a TV and DVD player or VCR in his truck.
Nice warm blanket with his favorite sports team.

I'm sure more trucker wives will be in with more ideas!

Microwave, Cooler (one that can be plugged in to the cig lighter), DVD player (you can get them at walmart for $30), digitial camera. A scarap book of you and the family for him to look at.

But he's been trukin four just over 4 yrs now so has all of that and 3 GPS's devices he's a bit of a gadget freak.

Is there such a thing as a truckers guide to truck stops and rest areas along particular routes , in the order that you would pass them either software or print this would be useful , asked about if something like this existed in coles this afternoon cashier just looked at me as if I was odd.

thanks for trying anyway

Go to the nearest truck stop. It will be a gadget freaks heaven. I have seen sooo many gadgets I want lol.
Calculators that do HOS. Nice safety things to have along. Books, ect. A dash cam would be nice. If you have a little money to spend. Look them up.
Heck, All kinds of junk I would buy if I had a few extra bucks. That is why presents are good. They can be just something fun to have, not something you really need.
