Hello everyone, my name is Phil Delaney and I owner of a business called Rage Wraps. I am putting together some information to present to a few Truckers Unions and associations. This is something fairly new so I don't want to go into a tone of details about it, but for me to move forward I need some information. I want to learn more about the trucking world what goes into operating your own truck. You will see a series of polls and questions over the next few weeks from me asking specific and general questions. To start I want to know how many drivers have their own personal trailer. If you can please just answer yes or no up top that would be great.

Once again I am going to be asking a lot of questions over the next few weeks and I have recieved permission from the admins of this board. This is not a joke and any information you can get me will help me out a lot. If everything goes as planned and I get the information needed this will eventually work out well for all truckers.

Give it a little while! I'm a company driver but years ago when I was an O/O I owned my own and if I ever do get back on my feet and buy another truck I'll buy my own trailer as the only money out here is getting your own loads! These companies we lease to are taking way to much of the freight rate to try for us to make a living.
I'm lucky because when I do go to buy I have a cousin who is a regional manager for a major trailer leasing/sales company and will get the "family" deal!
