    Yes, he did. We had to spend about an hour getting it out, though. It was off the side of the road in the grass and it's been raining a week here. He had a semi that he could make his 2 rear axles both driven, and I hooked up my Dodge 3/4 ton diesel (2 WD) and we put plywood under the axles of the trailer and got it out the first try.
    Unfortunate for the me, the whole abatement deal, what a stupid un-american law.

    Cops tried to get me for an abatement deal, based on a complaint. Cops said they had to follow up on all complaints. I took 50 pictures in a three block radius of my house and told the cops that if I had to "clean" mine up I was going to file complaints on all 50 of the pictured "violations" and that they might need to hire another clerk to receive the next batch of complaints I would submit. I then explained that I did not want to be "that guy" I that I was being conscientious with my stuff. Cop said my place did not look bad and he would look into it and get back to me, 2 days later they determined my stuff was not a nuisance.

    I later discovered a neighbor was trying to sell his house and his wife was trying to clean up the neighborhood to raise the value. A female dog she was !
