An innocent woman was killed on pt. marion rd on May 17,2010 she was hit by a red flatbed style possible logging truck. She was instantly killed, she was the mother of two and a very beloved aunt. Whoever did this took off and they are still looking for the culprit. The truck will obviously have damage to it. So if anyone has any information please let me know. Her family is in pure agony and deserve to know who did this. The truck was on route from Morgantown, WV to Pennsylvania somewhere passing through pt. marion pa from what they know so far.

I'm very sorry to hear that.

    My condolenses to the family.

Rest assure, they will catch the scum bag. You can't hide something like that.

If it's a logging truck, he most likely drives in a 100 miles radius.

I'm sure all the scale houses and state police are on high alert and will be inspecting similar trucks.

Thank you for your kindness, I am hoping they find him. That is horrible that he could just hit her and run like that. From what they are saying is that the roads were wet and he hit her with his truck. She died instantly so it had to be a large impact. It happened yesterday morning about 9:30 am on point marion rd, in Morgantown,WV. He also went through pt marion past a bank and a post office so hopefully their video cameras will catch him. Plus it is all over the news and the internet. He has to have damage to his truck also. It was an accident but he should of stopped and called the cops. Now he will really be in trouble for leaving the scene, and vehicular man slaughter.

Sounds like there is more to this. If he hit her so hard to kill instantly he probably wouldn't have been able to drive away. I'm not sticking up for the driver either.
