You mean truck stops? We camp out about ten hours a day there!

I wish there was a campground for truckers. The closest you'll get is a restarea or truckstop.

When I go camping, it is to get a little peace and quiet. I can only imagine the peace and quiet there would be at a trucker only campground from apus and idlers to refeers and all the piss bottles lying around, all of which in a country setting of course

There is a campground that I park at quite frequently, however, I won't say were it is because someone will come and screw it up for me. (And no, I don't idle the truck, they usually park me away from others and I clean up after myself, plus they are 80ft. pull thrus.)

Not that I'm aware of, per-say. Although about the closest thing that comes to mind is sometimes you'll see trucks in the "rest area" in the gorge on I-70 in Colorado. I forget the mile marker but it is very "camp-ground like" and mostly designed for autos but a few trucks can squeeze in.

Genrerally, RV parks try and discourage truckers if that's what you're considering, although a few "RV parks" in the oil patch can accommodate both an RV and a truck-trailer on a long-term basis.

It'll smell like pee within a week I guarantee it. Even if you put a port a potty right next to them.

I see lots of. spots to pull off and camp out.. states like Montana, Wyoming and the like but it ought to a planned event or carry what you need on board at all times for the. on the spot deicision .. and always pack out what you pack in.. leave no trash.. kinda like back packing..

Big Cabin, Oklahoma... Truck stop.. the Wood Shed a am best with a truck service / repair shop .. and fishin
