I Have a Problem with my dads Mvr Which has no problem but i have a problem with insu

i have a problem with my dads mvr which has nothing to bad on it but 2 points on his record, but around the last 2 months my dad got a all most 30 day suspension on his cdl license, and 8 points total on his record but i got all of that cleared up but now he cant find a job cuz insurance companys are using his old mvr, and i have been showing them the new mvr report from dmv and explained to them, but then they transfer me to a 3rd party which is where the insurance companys get there info from the 3rd partys, and the 3rd parts dont have up to date mvr on my dads record and i dont know what i should do, these 3rd parts are a pain in the ### u have to wait a week or a month or more for them to update my dads mvr which is so ###### up, excuse my lang but this aint cool at all and i am looking for some help and my home state is MO st.louis. i would like to know what i can do realy, ask for a email since it dosent let me post it up hear

well yeah i know that, but my problem is the 3rd party that deals with the insurance, the 3rd party dosent have "Up To Date" MVR they say that update there systems every month or so, but thats hard to belive the MVR that they have on my dad is about 3 months behind on there so called "Up to Date" MVRS,

i also wanna know is there like Main Person in the government that deals with these 3rd companys which provide the info to the insurance companys, lol has any one come across this type of prob before??
