Well,I did mention going into Co. ,ID and than back east. But in a month or two Co. reefer freight might dry up and Ca. freight might pick up. If that happens the rates out of Co. will drop down while the rates out of Ca.will skyrocket. Don't get me wrong,I HATE going into Ca. but at the right time of the year you can make your money coming back out. A few summers ago I was able to get 4.54per mile from Vernon,Ca to Boise,Id and than 2.20pm from Id back to PA. The Ca to Id load only had one extra drop and it wasn't even produce. Just a regular frozen load. I don't go by hope. I do my research BEFORE I go out there.

thanks guys for all your help.
if any one knows of a o/o selling a good truck in south florida let me know.. -
I always aimed for 1000 miles a day running reefer..
I miss it terribly. -
well here in my opinion is another screwing the O/O are going to get with USxpress running reefers... Just what we as O/O need is another big company cutting rates on produce and other loads... Its not like easy out here for us O/O to deal with but why the heck does USxpress need to get into reefers now... knowing this company they will put the reefers on the rail or stick a team on their slow trucks.. dry van company all these years and now Reefer too...and i see they are also looking for owner operator straight trucks.... Talk about corner the market.. they under cut the trade shows..dipped into the air cargo...now reefers..whats next household moving and auto hauling....

So far, I've been emptying out in Cleveland, Cincy, and Knoxville. Loads delivering to SLC or even Denver would be fine. We don't go any further into the Northeast than Pittsburgh.
If there's any good payin freight out of TN, KY, OH, IN, or even MI, I'd sure like to know about it or whom to talk to! -

Sorry not sure about pricing for that

S'ok. I'm just looking for contacts for semi-regular freight that pays well coming out of these areas. freight contacts for Texas would be nice also. I just wasted a week in the Houston area, thanks to shenanigans from two different brokerage houses! GRRRR!!!
