A reefer company that doesnt do any loads east........so lets say if you're in california, and you need a load home, and the only thing your travel agent has is going to atlanta, or may be new jersey, good luck getting home. I can guarantee if you want to haul reefer you'd better be able to run east or good luck, unless you somehow manage to get a regional job for the mid west. but totally avoiding east of the mississippi? fuhgettaboutit.

Not sure about the pay. If one thing is readily apparent these days it is that Reefer companies are not at all proud of their pay. You almost have to call and ask which I think is a red flag.
So without pay Your other criteria just some I know off hand as western reefer companies are Giltner , and Ag Express. I have never seen either back east and they are like flies on crap in California. My guess is pay stinks though.
Good luck in your search . -
call james t. gentry trucking out of greenwood, louisiana; leave greenwood (shreveport area) go to california, unload & reload coming back home. get ur paycheck as soon as truck hits yard
richieryan Thanks this. -
Try Giltner out of Jerome Idaho... a friend in Texas hauls for them and as he puts it.... his Atlas enda at the Mississippi, those ofher pages are missing
richieryan Thanks this. -
.38cpm would be stretching it but and the commute would be horrible up here to MN but lots of good companies that run out and back to the West coast. B and R, Pat Fruth Trucking come to the top of my list. Both let you run loose leaf and a 4000 mile run average.
