Hey, I got a question about Honey Transport out of Apopka, Fl

I have seen them running up and down 81 and 95....all I know is they run paper log and top out at 70 in a KW T600 ...and do a lot of LTL

Any body got an opinion about how they treat drivers ???

You will earn every penny working for them.

Wouldn't be on my list of places to work.

I've run LTL Florida for quite a few years now from the northeast and I can honestly say I have never heard (or read on this site) a good word about them...Equiptment doesn't look to be maintained well either..

They are mixed in with Bestway, I believe.

HTL has tettered on the brink of bankrupcy for the last 20 years.

Low pay, along with low miles, do the math and those kenworths don't look so pretty anymore.

Honey Transport uses a company called TLC driver leasing out of Indiana to screen drivers and if you pass their criteria you will get a call from Carla at Honey Transport. They offer a $500 sign on bonus which pays $250 after 90 days and the rest pays after another 90 days.I have 10 years OTR experience and they offered me .38cpm and after 90 days I would move up to .39cpm. Minimum 2 weeks out and 2 days off after that.Paper logs if you want or they have E-LOGS if you want.Sperion electronic logs which is new to me so I'm sure the driver probably pays somehow for this service.I'm set-up for orientation with this outfit but I'm getting cold feet after reading many bad reviews about this company.Sounds like a family run outfit that's very greedy and drivers are not happy there.Hope this information helps drivers who consider this company.Good Luck Drivers and be SAFE!
