I purchased a used reefer from a dealer and he had those 4 ventilation holes in corners plugged up.
So my question is if I should keep them plugged up or get rid of those plugs?
I've heard that,if there no proper ventilation in a reefer, you can get pockets of different temperatures
Do you have ventilation holes plugged up in your reefer?

I assume you mean the holes on the floor, which are more for drainage of water than anything else. Not having the holes plugged will not produce any discernible change in the reefer temps. And if you ever haul a product from a shipper that requires the holes to be plugged (as I did with organic apples last week), the shipper will almost always provide new plugs for the holes.

Yep, need them opened up to drain washout water. The only time I've every consistently plugged them was on ice cream loads. Helps keep the reefer from running at -20 on a hot August afternoon.

You can pulp your load also thru one of them if sealed door ..

As a general rule, the corks should be left out. Certainly make sure you remove them when you do a washout. The rubber "booties" in the bottom are likely missing but these are nice to have in place to allow water to drain out, without having 4 one inch holes completely open to the elements.

Seller prob had them in there just to help keep creepy crawlies out while it was sitting

Kazoos is what the rubber bits are. Yes you need them, with holes wide open your unit will have a bad time in humid environments.
