Those numbers are staggering Kimbo. I have a close friend who drives for them and he told me Saturday that he has been a bit slow but nothing like that. He said he has not brought home that kind of money since he left his trainer. He does haul a lot of lumber and building stuff but that should not make much of a difference. I think he is dispatched out of NC

I know it sounds unbelievable but it is true his dispatch was in cuba, they blamed it on 1 guy in dispatch, we kept hoping it would get better but we was in trouble financially had to try somewhere else.

well my husband got his final paycheck from mcelroy this one was 98.00$ I guess they kept motel fees from when they first hired him! Not really sure what they kept yet just know they put 98 in the checking!!! This is a very dishonest company lied on my husbands d.a.c also. Don't let the christian based & employee careing advertisments pull you in !!!!!!! On top of you will STARVE!!!!!!!!!!

They put abandonment on the DAC because they want you to bring the truck back to the Cuba terminal, whoever he told he was quitting should have told him this. Did they not rebate the "hold-out" money they take out of your hubbys first few checks? ($25/week for the equipment) My final check was deposited this last Thursday, got the paper report in Friday, got my $300 back, no taxes withheld because they were paid as I was paid back in the early days of employment. As far as you thinking they are keeping the motel fees. If you complete 6 months OTR with them, you are free n clear, at 5 months it should be well pro-rated down to not much. I would contact payroll and have them explain the final check, and you should contact DAC (USIS) and retort to his report.
One final thing, I will damm near bet $$$$ he hated USG the most!! SeverCorr after that!!

mcelroy thank god thats behind us!!!!
they took out 87.50 for hotel, 62.00 for physical & drug test,349.65 for truck recovery & oor what ever that is.took out alot of taxes. he was only with them 5 months.took out all ins payments though we never used it . If u add it all up time money spent poor poor pay we piad them to work there!!!!!!!!!!! anyway he got 98.00 out of 878.18

he has to go with trainer for 2 weeks with this new company, but they have already paid him more for 1 week ort then he made last 4 weeks with mcelroy! wish him luck!!!!

If he paid for the physical they owe him a copy of the long form, they no longer "own it". Did they actually "recover" the truck from their own terminal in South Pittsburg or is it still there? If its still there they have stolen money from you. I would look into it.
