They dont come with a CB, just a slide mounting bracket on the dash.....and if a driver leaves it in the truck, the shop will pull it and put in that heaping pile by the safety lane in Gary.

Have not had a CB in my truck for over 4 years. I have wifi and 4g link on computer, cell phone , and cd player. Don't need a CB.

You are the captain of your ship if it's too bad to drive then you have to plan ahead check the weather where your going stay on top of your process and it will work out.I got the same thing and thats what was told to me about the situation and that's what I live by now

You Live and You Learn Driver. I know schneider to be a safety oriented company so of course every accident is considered preventable unless you can prove other wise. You have to think, if it was black ice out, you should have not been driving plus its your first driving trucking job, its like losing your virginity, your gonna do something wrong cause you dont know what your doing yet.

so schneider is just very anal about safety? who wouldnt be? but also, how do you prove that the accident wasnt preventable? are there even accidents that are? sorry i just graduated trucking school last week so im not too clear on everything

yes there are non preventable accidents. If a driver is driving on Black ice and crashes due to speed or unable to control his vechicle the first thing they are going to ask is why were they driving..second if you own a multi million dollar company yeah they are going to be Anal about safety. They dont need to have an Un-satisfactory rating with the DOT or insurance. You will understand when you get out here

    Kit5 Thanks this.
