You worked for a decade at the company and did not know a "preventable accident" which a rearend collision is, would mean termination? You do know your dispatcher was routing you back to Minneapolis to get fired and that the fleet change story was just a cover?
All drivers should know that not being cited in accidents does not mean your safe from termination. Company's may still fire you at a predetermined dollar amount in damages or becuase they determined your accident was preventable.
All drivers should also familiarize themselves with company policy's and procedures and any changes and updates
The good part is that if you were not cited for negligence most states will pay unemployment if the company challenges your claim.
Stay awa from koch trucking!

Don't know anything about the company but one of their fat ##### drivers pulled into the Pilot in London Ohio today, pulled into the fuel island up to the pump, went inside, did his business, came out with his face stuffed and about 3 bags of crap, then proceeded to fuel up his truck, idiots, they are everywhere.
