| That's quite a story, but..... Sounds like you got off "easy", at least when I compare your testimony to some of CRE's suckers of the past. I read once where a guy turned 25,000 miles for CRE and ended up with zero to show for it. That's right, he made not one dime. Like you, he lost just about everything but the clothes off his back. The signals are there for all to see that C.R. England sucks. All you have to do is look in the Salt Lake Tribune newspaper. Being as a lot of drivers aren't "getting it", I decided to write a simple ditty that, hopefully, will make it to #1 on the pop and country charts. Yeah, I hope all you guys will soon be hearing THIS blaring from your speakers: If they have help wanted ads in the papers every day, then they suck hey, hey. If they have help wanted ads in the papers every day, then they suck hey, hey. If they have help wanted ads in the papers every day, then they suck hey, hey. If they have help wanted ads in the papers every day, then they suck hey, hey. If they have help wanted ads in the papers every day, then they suck hey, hey. If they have help wanted ads in the papers every day, then they suck hey, hey. This might actually be a good drinkin' song. Crank up the frat party.

| Re: Saved from England Quote:
1.) Drug testing is very sophisticated these days, and prescription medications, even those of a controlled nature, are always excluded from consideration. 2.) Why in the world would anyone have placed you in a "holding room", and under armed guard? It makes no sense. If and when these issues come up, the company is not supposed to be involved, UNLESS you are not able to be cleared by the sample testing facility. You deal directly with the medical testing facility if any clarification is needed. 3.) At ANY POINT, there is ANY PROBLEM, related to a drug testing result, the LAST thing you EVER do, is to quit a job, or refuse to take a job while this is in limbo. The second you do, you're toast. RESOLVE the issue FIRST, then make your decisions, and keep a copy of EVERYTHING related to the problem that occured and the fact that you were eventually cleared. |

| Re: Saved from England Do you still test positive for opiates after eating poppy seed bagels, or has that problem been solved?

| Re: Saved from England I inadvertantly tested that one a few years ago. I love Sociables, the cracker. On a night just before I was pulled in for a random, I had ate what had to be a half a box of those things.... They are covered in poppy seeds. I passed with flying colors. I don't think that poppy seeds have been a problem for some time now, but I sure sweated that one, because of all the hype I had heard about poppy seeds. |

| To clear up your problems, No i had a prescription and they did verify it. What i didn't like was being placed in the "room" with the armed guard. If you have a question about that ask any driver that was on the line about being hired. I would never work for a company that treated any driver like that. 1. I will be more than happy to fax you the release they gave me in the interm until they got it fixed with dac. The problem was a simple Data Entry error. and it was rereported b/c there was a glitch in April that caused everyone to be reported positive. 2. Yes i do save EVERYTHING of that nature as we all know DAC is the same as a Credit Buearu their stuff is incorrect all the time and they are not held accountable for anything. 3. And as far as CR England being involved I gave them permission there in safty to talk to the MRO. It was after the MRO said he had some problems with me driving with the medication that I was detained. I don't know what you know or don't know about them but you have to walk thru metal dectors and get pat downs to access certian places on the campus. As far as prescriptions being excluded, not until the MRO verifies with the pharmacy. 4. I have had a couple of jobs since then and the prescription has come up on the drug test and as long as they could verify it I have had no problems. I have to say that I joined this board to be able to eliminate any chance I would get with a bad company, but "and I know this will be censored" you don't know every situtation everyone has been in and you come off like I am just trying to stir up trouble. | Re: Saved from England You totally misunderstood the tone of my reply. It's my fault of course. I was not challenging what you have offered. I was amazed. I apologize for my choice of words. Armed guards? I've never heard of that. No one would have had any right to hold you for anything. You also didn't explain where this took place. Was this on England's property? I'm extremely curious about the circumstances under which this would happen. We're talking about false imprisonment here. When I offered that all information should be saved, it was in general terms, and meant towards anyone that read it. It wasn't an edict towards you. Again, I apologize. But now, you open up more questions about all of this, because you initially offered that there was an issue with a prescribed drug, and now as it turns out, it was a glitch where "everyone" came up positive. CR England is a bad egg and I'd be the last person on earth to defend them, but this is stuff that really crosses the line, and lines I have never heard of. I just want to know more about how all this went down, if you don't mind. I think others are curious as well. |

| Didn't Mythbusters do a show on poppy seeds? I believe the Mythbusters did a show devoted to debunking the poppy-seed myth not long ago. They discovered that the myth holds. Yeah, poppy seeds CAN cause one to fail a drug test. Unfortunately, I missed the show. I only read about it at the Mythbusters site. I wanna know how many one must eat to fail a drug test. How many BOWLS? One? Two? Ten?
