They aint got no retirement. They got a sorry profit sharing plan and he can still get it. I know a lady that worked there for 35 years and walked out with $100,000 --that aint nothing!

Have done both. On the front of the bottle it had 11.6% but I did not read it. Not until this all happen.

When the HR Manger Mr Bailey told me to call their Doc where they supposely sent the infor from the Lab. I did and their Doc had nothing on me.

He faxed all the information over to the HR Manager Mr. Bailey. Get this DOT sent me a letter asking me to surrender my licence. I call them and spoke with a Tonya at DOT and she said that I failed the drug test. And I told her I passed the drug test, she got to looking and the HR manager faxed over the paper work again and she said they DOT made a an error and that she was fixing this as we spoke.

sorry for your problem too. if i have learned one thing there are alot of problems in this profession, and that is ashame. truckers are needed.
