breath tests are not grounds for firing. my boyfriend says they are not reliable. you can blow positive and have nothing in your blood. he says they should be taken to court.

Ok I thought I read somewhere that they did two if one came back over the limit. I wasn't sure.

Breath tests are reliable enough to be used in court to convict you...........

they do the urine test,
you submit a sample
and the technician splits
it into two bottles which are
then sealed with you signing
or initialing them, one is
run and the other is your
protection that it is your
sample, in the event of a positive,
this sample can be run to confirm
the result. I think you are being
discarded for no good reason.
