If you say so.............The bottom line is, he took the stuff and should have been aware of it's contents. He could have called and said, "Hey I can't come to work, the Doc has me on alchol. <---Spelling.

WOW,I didn't know that using mouthwash to rinse your mouth out could ever raise that breath alcohol test so high. To me you'd have to drink a whole bottle of the stuff. That's a good question to ask the dr.,got to get my Dot physical next month. i'll give you all an answer when I find out.
