I believe all the drug tests, random included,I was asked before I took the test, just what or type of drugs I could have taken to affect the test. I believe if you had told the testers there they would have helped you by letting you take it later or separate that drug from your test to help you not be so responsible. There must be a reason why they ask me before the test. Don't know what else to tell you. Have you ever failed a drug test there before?

Re: Wilson Trucking

It is my understanding that they are no longer legally allowed to ask a person what drugs they are taking before a drug test. They are only checking for cocaine, marijuana, heroin, and other illegal drugs. If they have a problem then they can legally ask you what you are taking.
