I've been with Holland since just before Christmas and I've been very happy with them. my loads have been consistent and with adequate time, and they were great about getting me home (I live in a small foothill town off the beaten path in the Cent CA Sierras) after orientation to get the rest of my belongings. They treat me how I like to be treated- get me my load info and let me do my job and not 'pester' me all the time; unlike those crackpots I was with in Phoenix (CMS)

We've been at Holland for 4 months now. I get plenty of miles with the elogs. You have to really look at the loads they give you to make sure you can legally run them though, the dispatchers do not look at your hours. Plus, they don't seem to care if you need to eat, sleep, or go to the bathroom. Of course the 'drivers are not humans' sydrome happen everywhere. For the most part everyone is nice, the drivers are clean and friendly, and the office/drivers floor is great. Their turnover is very low and there are a lot of women drivers, which usually are marks of a good company. 4 months and counting and am perfectly content here, no looking to go anywhere, maybe even ever because I also like their O/O program. One day I will have the truck I want!

Not true. I did a del, in fargo, and had 3 min left after i finaled, called the office, let them know what was happening, why i wasn't gonna be parked in the yrd, they said no problem, thanx for calling and letting us know. Went and took a 2 hr break, then drove out to the yrd 15 miles away.

200 miles trips ? HAHAHA,, i get sent to the ec, and before i final out, i have a preplan with 1,500 or more miles on it.
And then the best run we have Vermont to Nevada, back to MO, back to NV. Reload in Ca back to Vermont.
200 mile loads? Not this driver.

Twowolves, you can dispute what a trucking company writes on your DAC report. I sure in the HELL would if one of my past employers put bad info on mine.
