22¢@mile split teams CRST just say it 11¢@ MILE

Wow, our company teams start at .40 and get an additional .10/mile for each mile over 3500.

The .10/mile team bonus is calculated between Fridays which is a little screwy as our pay period ends and begins on a Tues. But I have a little bit of math sense and havent been screwed on it yet.

Plus up to another .04/mile in fuel bonus depending on the truck MPG.

Raises are automatic at certain milage points. same with paid vacation.

How did they hide it? It says .22 per mile split. Split .22 per mile by two and you get .11 per mile.

 

I don't know why anyone would work for this. You can go find a job at McDonald's and make more. Seems to me after you pay for your food on the road you won't have much left to send home.

 

The rate of pay doesn't surprise me.

The folks receiving it deserve it !!!!

I agree! No one told anyone that they had to work there. In this age of technology there are so many ways to research companies that there should be no excuse for the "I didn't know" it doesn't take a whole lot to find info on these bad companies!
