I almost wound up there myself. After the dedicated position on the Rite-Aid account I was promised was magically filled all of a sudden just before I was supposed to go to their orientation, I said to myself, "What the hell kind of an outfit is this to be this disorganized?!?". Now I dignify them with no more of my time.

:smt068 JB Hunt is using a company in Colorado to recover an alledged debt. Don't have the guts to face me in court.
Now is the time to sign up and commence a Class Action and eliminate that mob once and for all time!
    Anyone with me?

Here's the Law Firm that you need to contact. They specialize in suits against Motor Carriers that are acting improperly. They are directly tied to OOIDA, and if anyone would be interested in following up on your complaint, and organizing class action litigation, they would be the one that could and would do it:

    I wish you luck.

JB Hunt is witholding over $3400.00 in escrow monies they took while hubby was an I/C. We are talking to OOIDA. Let me know what we have to do and I will tell hubby. I for one would love to drag them into court.

I understand that several get calls and it may get on your last nerve. However, I have found that jobs change, drivers need change, and positions become available. That is the main reason for many calls. I personally understand both sides and just want to offer jobs that will fit in drivers needs and wants........ So, if you want a recruiter that will work for you call me.... Big Dawg

Tell them to note the date and time of your advising them not to call again. They are basically like telemarketers doing cold calling and if they call again you will proceed with legal remedies to stop the harassing calls. They called only one time here. Five days after hubby returned the truck. I sent an email to Mahaffey telling him to wise up the recuiters, to stop calling here, and that this is a perfect example of JB Hunt's stupidity. It's been a month and so far no more calls. But I'm waiting. Hunt isn't known for their intelligence.

Have your provider set a Block Call service - that way you can enter the number of anyone you don't want to hear from and they "won't get thru" and if they use a different number, block it as well :thumbright:

Call your state's attorney general and find out what you need to do to stop this. Where there's a will, there's a way.

It's too bad you can't get the private number of some of these clowns who keep calling you. Maybe you could turn the tables and start calling THEM, say around 1 in the morning.

Call 800-2-JBHUNT... Hit zero and ask to speak with the removal process in Driver Recruiting. They will transfer you to a person or an answering machine follow direction and explain your concern.... Remember, as much effort that went into some of these post you could have already been removed........
