Let me just add I did make good money with JB, but I had to stay out a month at a time to do it. On the bad side of this equation I got hurt while on the job and I am still fighting over the workers comp. I have had 4 hearing at the industeral commition, and have prob. 2 more to go. They are self insured so I not only have to fight with them. I have to fight with AIG also. I have won the first part of the battle, but its taken 2 yrs to do it. In the mean time I found a local job, and Im home every night.

Are you sure you are telling us everything?

Why would they spend so much time and money to deny ME 3 months of workers comp ? Kinda the same deal in my book. I guess I should check my DAC to come to think of it.

Logging illegally can cost you a weeks worth of pay, your job as a sacrificial lamb, when the company desires to feign ignorance, and it could cost you all that you have worked for, if you are involved in a serious accident, and falsification of that logbook is on the table.

It can also cost you somthing a lot more than a weeks pay it can cost you you LIFE or someones elses. Which will cost you your freedom, when they put you in jail. The quelcom records that JB keeps will help put you there.

My take on the original post was that the trailer weight over 40,000 loaded and he did not want to pull it. Not 40,000 over weight. I don't like pulling full loads in the mountains either. But thats why I have a kitty cat, so when a job needs done we go do it.
