What???

Translated for those of you who got a headache half way through this insanity! Well except for that one line! I know, The spelling police arrived, but really it does help! Besides I'm bored !





For any driver that wants to keep their sanity please hear my story.

I worked for this place for several years and I decided to look for a better job, and yes, I did find it. Of course, it would have not taken much to better myself!

Any way I gave my notice and told them that I would work it out only if they didn't call me and pester me about staying.

Well that didn't work because after call number three in less than two hours I decided when I finished my next trip it would be my last.

About three weeks after I left, it was put on my DAC that I quit under dispatch and that was one of many lies.

After calling the safety dir about it I was told they gave me the lesser of the charges how about just quit (I'm sorry even this one went way over my head!) well also this company will charge you for blown tires, missing mud flaps, no load locks, try and have you sign papers that they can charge you for out of rte miles.

If you sue them you will only do it in Pulaski Co., treat you and talk to you like your stupid and they will even break your log book down and tell you how to log even though there are only two people that's in opps that has ever driven a truck.

What I'm trying to say is if you really want to live, eat and pay your bills then go somewhere else but if you don't care about yourself and love your family then go there but don't say you were not warned as they will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you there and then you find out that its all a lie

OK Go to www.hireright.com and look for the "Dspute the accuracy of your report" link about half way down the page behind the picture of a woman and a man facing each other and click it then below where it says To Dispute the Accuracy or Completeness of Your Background Report /File, Click on the link that says "I want to file a DISPUTE WITH HIRERIGHT" and then click the box that applies to you. There are 2 of them. Hopefully you have a copy of that HireRight/Usiss/DAC report to go by. If you need a FREE copy look for that link in their website.

Now, my advice to you is GET SOMEONE TO PROOF READ AND SPELL CHECK YOUR DISPUTE FORM!

Because, if you attempt to file one written like the above post of yours they WILL file it in the trash can! YES, they will as they will NOT take the time to attempt to figure it out! HECK, scan the thing and send it to me and I'll fix it for you OR click on the DacFix link located in the link here on TTR's home page titled "Sponsors" in blue but if you want it fixed you'll really need to do something better than that post! DacFix is a little pricey but anything is better than having a company put false information on you on that BFI called HireRight!

I know I'm an arse but cowboy really needs the help to get that DAC fixed!I did give him some information if he'll take it!

I worked for them for about 1 year and almost lost my sanity. First the company tells you that you get weekends off, but in truth you only get maybe 34 hours off so no real time to take care of anything at your home. I was told numerious times to run illegally but just refused to, but when they started to take pay from me because I did not make a delivery on time even though I let them know I could not make it when they gave me the load I knew I had to quit. I couldnt even complaint to the safety dept as they are the ones how told me to run illegally. STAY AWAY!!!
