Have to love KARMA

So dh drove briefly for this guy trying to start up a company. Long story short he stopped paying his three drivers right before Christmas, recruited more victims on kijiji Toronto. Well he was finally going to cough up the dough he owes dh today when dh gets word that the owner actually had to fly to Colorado because one of the flunkies he hired totaled his truck.
May be an excuse for not paying again or the truck may be totaled. Either way this guy is slimy.....

 

True he had just gotten these new trucks in November. Although he was only paying .32 a mile when he did pay which is ridiculous in Canada. Paid dh first few times and then stiffed other drivers then totally stiffed all of them saying the company he was running under was not paying. May be true enough but if you hire someone you pay them no matter what. Meanwhile he was flying all over the world during the holidays while dh was stuck in a hotel room jumping ship.
