If anyone heard of a company called "NEW ALLIANCE LOGISTICS LLC. From Front Royal Va. The Owners, are scamming their Owner Op's. First they pay you in the beginning great then they tell you excuss after another why payroll is not posted. problems with T-check direct deposit, or Broker has not paid us yet, And in My case He agreed to take my truck payments and direct deposit it into my bank account that is set up for the bank to get my truck payments. But He's admitted that he's deducted the payments BUt NEVER sent in the truck payments. and also through my investagation on them I found out that out of 20 owner op's and 4 company trucks he only registered with DOT 1 company truck. they prepair you fuel taxes and claim they pay them. But how can they when they are only registering 1 truck out of 24. I have a court date DEC 18th, for a lawsuit I filed for back truck payments and back wages that he never paid me for the month of september. I've come to a deadend with DOT and the Feda on having them investigated for FRAUD.. IT seems that no one wants to check them out.. So if you heard of them and planning to lease on or plan to drive company. I would really think twice because you will get burned bad. I'm still fighting to save my truck and saving my family from being bankrupt from these people. And they never file any W-2's on company and or 1099 for owner op's.

sorry to hear your problem. do you belong to the OOIDA, or any other owner-operator organization that you can "file" a complaint with, to be investigated.....?

You put much more trust in any company than I would have ever allowed. It sounds to me that this company is operating on a very thin margin, and used your money to keep it going.

That's a very hard lesson for you to have had to learn.

You are correct. It appears that they have not updated their MCS-150 for a period of time, which will net them some problems in the future.

If they have collected money from you in the form of taxes, and have not forwarded that to the appropriate agencies, then that is a Federal offense, and it will be discovered very quickly by one or more of the states. When they start counting trucks, and discover omissions, like one truck is suddenly purchasing 24 trucks worth of fuel in their state under their company name, they'll be all over them like syrup on waffle.

It's unfortunate, but in the grand scheme of things, that is due to their size. They are small potatoes, compared to other cases of fraud that exist out there. The best that you can hope for, is to recover what they took from you, and owe you, and move on. Warning others in here to avoid them, is another big way to let people know of them.

Well...if that's true, the IRS will be all over them very soon as well.

Personally, it sounds to me as if they are not going to last long.They were granted authority in June of this year. It doesn't sound to me as if they have had a good business plan in place.
