| Have you taken the time to read the posts on here about swift? I don't think you have, otherwise you would have not asked the question you did. Do your research on them and others. Hopefully you will come to a better conclusion. |

| Actually I did some local work driving a mixer truck for awhile and the ancient MAC I drove had no A/C, a 2-stick Tran, and Heat that couldnt warm anything if it tried and it rattled like crazy but will give the thing credit for this much once you get the hang of it then its pretty easy to drive. |

You will be able to sue your prior employer for firing you for that reason as long as the firing happened just right after the report. If any one tells you are in a right to work state do not belive that bs as it does not apply to this case keep pressing the issue. |

Are you aware that there are whistle-blower laws that make it illegal for an employer to fire an employee for, well, ..... blowing the whistle? You might be entitled to monetary compensation and your job back, ....... if you want it. At least YOU'LL get the last laugh. If I were you, I'd be checking what your former employer put on your DAC record. Who knows, he might be charged with defamation of character and/or filing a false report, and you'd be entitled to punitive damages. |
